About The Course
At Veda Technical Academy, the Waiter/Waitress Level I training program is designed to prepare learners for real-world roles in the hospitality industry through structured learning and practical exposure. This course blends classroom instruction with hands-on service training so that students gain both knowledge and confidence required in restaurants, hotels, and service outlets.This is a vocational, skill-based program that prioritizes hands-on learning. Students participate in demonstrations, role plays, and supervised service practice. Modern training tools and simulated hospitality setups are used to create a real working environment. Assessment is based on both practical performance and theoretical understanding, ensuring that students meet the competency standards required by Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training.
